I have accumulated some interview experiences, including some questions I've been asked. They are probably not that common. And I really don't know how the hiring manager judges a candidate from diverse answers. Not much creative way that I can think of in settling them all.
I was surprised about one of the online screening questions that I've been asked recently:
>> Who's better? Spiderman or Batman?
You can answer from a variety of perspectives. Be creative! >>
Wow, the first thing jumped out of my mind was whom this guy is looking for, what kind of personality he is searching, or simply he wants to find out if someone has the "chemical" with him?
With all the question marks in my mind, I answered, '...Batman. He drives his own vehicle. In a city like Toronto, sometimes in the winter,the weather could be very bad. I think maybe it's better to have a reliable car to drive around, in stead of climbing the icy and slippery walls or areas in the cold days. Not sure if the spider net will be frozen too...'
Well, I think I did it well on this one, because I've been put through to the next telephone interview. However, I can not settle my question marks without watching his face expressions. I really want to know his reaction on the other end, smile or frawn...
